Courses on campus
The records of the Courses on campus data group detail the courses that are delivered from a campus and provide data on the features of the courses delivered at each campus. Each Courses on campus record must be linked to a Campuses record and a Courses record.
Attention. A Courses on campus record has the extensions Campus course fees and TAC offer.
Follow the Details link to view the record details, including the fields and status of the extensions.
Code that uniquely identifies the course, such as 22477VIC.
Name of the suburb, town, or region where the campus is located, such as Waterfront.
Code that identifies the country where the campus is located, such as 1101 - Australia. 9999 for an overseas country that is not classified.
Country codes are taken from the SACC (Standard Australian Classification of Countries):
Postcode of the campus where the course is offered, such as 3022 - Ardeer, Victoria.
Required only for campuses located in Australia.
Code that identifies the type of arrangement through which an offshore course is delivered, such as 02 - A partnership arrangement.
Required only for offshore courses.
Code that identifies the main mode of delivery of an offshore course, such as 02 - External - with a face-to-face-component.
Required only for offshore courses.
Code that identifies whether the course is delivered partially or fully offshore, such as 02 - Course is delivered fully offshore.
Required only for offshore courses.
CRICOS code that applies to the course at the campus, such as 075404D.
For multiple CRICOS codes for a given course at a given campus, the CRICOS code used is for the course with the lowest estimated tuition fee. You must update the CRICOS code if a fee change results in another CRICOS code having a lower estimated tuition fee for the course.
Required only for courses with a CRICOS code.
Date from which the Courses on campus data is valid, such as 01/01/2019.
Date to which the Courses on campus data is valid, such as 31/12/2024.
Unique identifier for records previously migrated from HEPCAT to TCSI.
Unique identifier from the student management system.
The date and time the record was last submitted. N/A if the record has never been submitted.
The current status of the record. The Record status table details the icon, label, description, and status bar colour for each status. Hover over the status icon to see detailed information.

Dependency not met | Record requires a parent or related record that has not been submitted yet. The data dependency is blocking the submission of the record. | ||

Pending delete | Record is flagged for deletion. |
A small triangle in the status bar indicates that the record has not been saved after making changes.
If selected, the record has been approved. The check box is disabled, greyed out, if:
- The data has unmet dependencies. For example, a student in Course admissions record has not yet been submitted to TCSI.
- The data is in progress of being sent to TCSI. That is, the status is processing.
