Code that categorises the outcome of the course the student is completing, such as 1 - Completed.

Date on which the student completes their course, such as 01/10/2020.

Code that identifies the mode of attendance by which the student undertakes the unit of study.

• 1 for internal attendance at an on-shore or off-shore campus.
• 2 for external attendance at an on-shore or off-shore campus.
• 3 for multi-modal attendance.

If the student is attending an offshore campus as an internal student at that campus, the mode of attendance is 1, not 2.

Code that identifies whether the student attends the course on a full-time or part-time basis, such as 1 - Full-time attendance.

Date on which the student began the course they were admitted to, such as 01/06/2018.

Date on which an HDR thesis was submitted by the student.

Required if the student has submitted an HDR thesis.

Unique identifier for records previously migrated from HEPCAT to TCSI.

Unique identifier from the student management system.

The date and time the record was last submitted. N/A if the record has never been submitted.

The current status of the record. The Record status table details the icon, label, description, and status bar colour for each status. Hover over the status icon to see detailed information.

	Submitted OK	Record has been sent and saved in TCSI without errors or warnings.
	Pending update	Record has not yet been submitted. That is, the record is new or requires an update.
	Warning	Record has been sent and saved in TCSI, but with a warning.
	Processing	Record has been submitted and is being processed.
	Dependency not met	Record requires a parent or related record that has not been submitted yet. The data dependency is blocking the submission of the record.
	Error	Record is in error. Click to see the error details in the side panel.
	Pending delete	Record is flagged for deletion.

A small triangle in the status bar indicates that the record has not been saved after making changes.

If selected, the record has been approved. The check box is disabled, greyed out, if:

• The data has unmet dependencies. For example, a student in Course admissions record has not yet been submitted to TCSI.
• The data is in progress of being sent to TCSI. That is, the status is processing.
