Code that uniquely identifies the location where the units of study are physically delivered, such as CENTRAL.

The code must match a training organisation delivery location (NAT00020) as defined in the AVETMISS VET Provider Collection Specifications, which is available on the National Centre for Vocational Education Research website:

Number and street name of the delivery location, such as 25 MAIN STREET.

Suburb or town of the delivery location, such as BENDIGO.

Australian state in which the units of study are delivered, such as NSW - New South Wales.

Required only for delivery locations in Australia.

Country code from which the units of study are delivered, such as 1201 - New Zealand. 9999 for an overseas country that is not classified.

Country codes are taken from the SACC (Standard Australian Classification of Countries):

Australian postcode of the delivery location from where the units of study are delivered, such as 3550.

Required only for delivery locations in Australia.

Empty if E660 Delivery location country code is not 1101 - Australia.

Date from which the delivery location is valid, such as 01/01/2019.

Note that the date is earlier than any effective from date for a Courses on campus record that has been linked to the Campuses record. The date does not need to reflect when the delivery location began to operate.

Date until which the delivery location is valid, such as 31/12/2024.

Empty if not applicable.

Unique identifier for records that have been previously migrated from acronymHEPCAT to acronym taxiTCSI.

Unique identifier from the student management system.

The date and time the record was last submitted. N/A if the record has never been submitted.

The current status of the record. The Record status table details the icon, label, description, and status bar colour for each status. Hover over the status icon to see detailed information.

	Pending update	Record has not yet been submitted. That is, the record is new or requires an update.
	Warning	Record has been sent and saved in TCSI, but with a warning.
	Processing	Record has been submitted and is being processed.
	Dependency not met	Record requires a parent or related record that has not been submitted yet. The data dependency is blocking the submission of the record.
	Error	Record is in error. Click to see the error details in the side panel.
	Pending delete	Record is flagged for deletion.

A small triangle in the status bar indicates that the record has not been saved after making changes.

If selected, the record has been approved. The check box is disabled, greyed out, if:

• The data has unmet dependencies. For example, a student in Course admissions record has not yet been submitted to TCSI.
• The data is in progress of being sent to TCSI. That is, the status is processing.
