Name of the suburb, town or region where the campus is located, such as Waterfront.

The campus suburb must be unique.

Code that identifies the country where the campus is located, such as 1101 - Australia. 9999 for an overseas country that is not classified.

The country codes are defined in the SACC (Standard Australian Classification of Countries):

Australian postcode of the campus where the course is offered, such as 3022 - Ardeer, Victoria.

The campus postcode is required for campuses located in Australia. If possible, the postcode should be the location of the campus rather than the postal address.

If the course is taken externally or the location is not specified, report the postcode of the campus where the course is administered.

Date from which the campus is valid, such as 01/01/2019.

Note that the date is earlier than any effective from date for a Courses on campus record that has been linked to the Campuses record. The date does not need to reflect when the campus began to operate.

Date until which the campus is valid, such as 31/12/2024.

Empty if not applicable.

Unique identifier for records that have been previously migrated from HEPCAT to TCSI.

Unique identifier from the student management system.

The date and time the record was last submitted. N/A if the record has never been submitted.

The current status of the record. The Record status table details the icon, label, description, and status bar colour for each status. Hover over the status icon to see detailed information.

	Submitted OK	Record has been sent and saved in TCSI without errors or warnings.
	Pending update	Record has not yet been submitted. That is, the record is new or requires an update.
	Warning	Record has been sent and saved in TCSI, but with a warning.
	Processing	Record has been submitted and is being processed.
	Dependency not met	Record requires a parent or related record that has not been submitted yet. The data dependency is blocking the submission of the record.
	Error	Record is in error. Click to see the error details in the side panel.
	Pending delete	Record is flagged for deletion.

A small triangle in the status bar indicates that the record has not been saved after making changes.

If selected, the record has been approved. The check box is disabled, greyed out, if:

• The data has unmet dependencies. For example, a student in Course admissions record has not yet been submitted to TCSI.
• The data is in progress of being sent to TCSI. That is, the status is processing.
