How to delete records

Delete records as follows:

  1. On the data group, choose the record to download as follows:

    • Select Select records the records to download.

    • Add a filter to show only the records of interest. You can then select Select records the individual records to download or download all the records in the filter.

    To download the records, select Download icon.

  2. In the downloaded Excel file, set the DeleteIndicator to True and save your changes.

  3. Upload the records: On the data group, select , then browse to the downloaded Excel file.

  4. Once the upload process finishes, to refresh the page and view the changes, select . Note the following:

    • Records not yet submitted to TCSI are deleted immediately.

    • Records previously submitted to TCSI stay on the data group with the status Pending delete Pending delete. You then need to approve and submit the records to TCSI to delete.
