What are the roles in Submissions?
The roles and permissions for Submissions are as follows:
- StatutoryAdmin

Administrators can do the following:
- Set Submissions up to meet your institution's rules and requirements for submitting records to TCSI.
- Access all pages and manage permissions for Submissions officers.
- View and configure the PRODA and the data group settings. That is, the menus PRODA settings and Submissions module are not visible unless you have the security role StatutoryAdmin.

Attention. If you cannot log in or need to configure the PRODA or data group settings, contact your administrator.
- Statutory

Personnel with the role Statutory, such as statistics officers, can view and edit records and submit them to TCSI.
- SMSService
- Only granted to systems, such as student management systems. Allows the system to integrate and communicate with Submissions.
