Use the dashboard to monitor the health of desks. You can drill-down to view the health of individual desks and the folders of sections in the applications process.
Adjust the layout of the applications list. For example, choose which columns display on the applications list. From the applications list, you can review and move applications to folders in the applications process.
Admissions officers require permissions to use the Applications app and the appropriate permissions to process applications at their desks.
The table Tasks details the common tasks when processing applications.

Assign a responsible person to applications. A responsible person is a staff member with the staff remit of Application processor. |

Complete applications to set the completion status to Sent to enrolment or Closed. For example, when an application has been rejected or withdrawn. |

Decision making |
Change decisions to customise decisions, such as edit the academic and non-academic conditions or change the conditions flow. |

Respond to offers to accept or reject offers on behalf of applicants. |
