How to complete applications
Complete applications to set the completion state to Sent to enrolment or Closed as follows:

Complete multiple applications using application queries.
- Applications must have a completion state of Received to be sent to enrolment or closed.
- Completing applications sets the completion state only. However, workflows can be defined to move applications to a specific folder after the completion state is set or to automatically set the completion state at various stages in the decision-making process. For example, to set the completion state to Closed when an applicant declines an offer.
- Reset a completed application and continue processing the application. For example, if an application has been closed in error. Resetting an application sets the completion state to Received.
Complete an individual application
Complete an individual application as follows:

Choose the application to complete. For example, use the keyword filters to find the applicant whose application you need to complete. For more information, go to How to find applications.

On the application, select . Then, on the Application overview, complete the application as follows:

Send to enrolment: select and then Send to enrolment. Sending an application to enrolment sets the completion state to Sent to enrolment.

Close an application: select and then Close application. Closing an application sets the completion state to Closed.

Complete multiple applications as follows:

On Application queries, define the criteria to find the required applications. For example, create a filter that shows all applications in a Ready for enrolment folder with a completion state of Received.

Select up to 100 applications to open the actions toolbar and then complete applications as follows:

Send an application to enrolment: select and then Send to enrolment. Sending an application to enrolment sets the completion state to Sent to enrolment.

Close an application: select and then Close application. Closing an application sets the completion state to Closed.
