How to view events in the lifecycle
The lifecycle helps you to track events for processing applications, such as when a clearance check was updated or the reason a decision failed to be submitted.
View the details of an event as follows:
- Go to Applications and then Lifecycle.

Filter the timeline to find the event of interest. For example, filter the timeline for events of severity Error and sub-category Submit decision, as shown in the image Submit decision errors.
Optionally, to open a drop-down of all the events and navigate to the event of interest, go to .

Select the event in the timeline to view the event log, as shown in the image Application event log.
