Application event log - Details
Details an event that occurred when processing the application. To view the other event logs, select .
Event logs consist of the following:
- Message summary of the event, such as Submit decision failed.
- Entity identifier that is the unique identifier for the event.
- Event type details the type of event that has taken place. For example, an Informational event informs that a stage in the process has taken place.

Severity details the nature of the event. For example, Informational informs that the event was successful and Error informs that the event failed.

Category of the event, such as Decision making.

Subcategory details the specific event that generated the event log, such as Submit decision.

User responsible for the event.

Date and Time the event log was generated.

Additional information about the event, such as the Correlation identifier that is used to group related events, Event log identifier that is the unique identifier of the event log, and the details of the event, such as Cannot submit a decision with the primary offer library the same as the secondary offer library.
For changes to the points or qualifications, the additional information displays the old and new values. For example, the additional information below shows that the actual points was changed from 120 to 136.
