What are personalised offers?
Personalised offers request evidence from applicants to meet the requirements of conditional offers. On publishing decisions, conditional offer letters are sent to applicants detailing the evidence required. Applicants then upload the evidence on the applicant portal. On uploading the evidence, workflows can move applications to a folder for admissions staff to check the evidence.
Personalised offers
Personalised offers are added to applications when making decisions and request evidence from applicants to meet the requirements of specific conditions in conditional offers. Personalised offers consist of clearance checks with the category Conditional offer evidence and information to help applicants provide the correct evidence. Clearance checks for personalised offers have document placeholders to enable applicants to upload documents as evidence.

Communication
On publishing decisions, the conditional offer letter asks applicants to log in to the applicant portal to upload the required evidence. The fields in the communication templates for personalised offers are detailed in What are the fields used in communication templates?
Applicant portal
On accepting conditional offers on the applicant portal, the document placeholders to upload evidence are added to the section Evidence required to meet your offer, which also has a general document placeholder to upload additional documents to support applications. Note that the document placeholder to upload general offer evidence is added automatically to personalised offers using workflows. The document type GeneralOfferEvidence defines the documents that can be uploaded for general offer evidence.

When applicants upload documents, workflows can move the applications to a folder, such as Evidence uploaded, to alert admissions staff that evidence has been uploaded and needs to be checked. Then, if the evidence is suitable, admissions staff can pass the clearance check. If the evidence is not suitable, admissions staff can move the application back to the original folder and request that applicants upload the evidence again. Applicants then receive notifications for tasks to upload documents,
