Delete an application if it was created in error or to comply with internal policies on data retention and data protection regulations.
On deleting an applicant's only application, staff with person delete permission have the option to delete the applicant's person profile along with the application. The option to delete the person with the application is not available when the applicant has another role, such as a staff member. If an applicant's person profile isn't deleted with their only application, then their profile can be found using Create applications.
Delete an application as follows:

On the application, select View profile for the applicant and then select Applications.

On the list of Applications for the applicant, choose the application to delete and then select

The image Delete application shows the deletion of applications for an applicant with multiple applications. The delete of the applicant's last application gives the option to delete the applicant's profile.
