Code that identifies the student's status for a unit of study, such as 2 0 4 - Paid the full student contribution up-front.
E5 2 7 acronymHELP debt incurral date
Date that the student incurred their acronymOS-HELP debt, such as 19 82 02 03 - 3 February 1982. 00000000 if the student did not incur an acronymSA-HELP debt.
E3 8 4 Amount charged
Cost of the unit of study to an attending student, such as 800.00.
E3 8 1 Amount paid upfront
Amount paid upfront by the student for the unit of study, such as 800.00. 0 for exempt students and overseas students.
E5 5 8 acronymHELP loan amount
acronymHELP loan amount for a unit of study or acronymSA-HELP loan. 0 for no acronymHELP loan, exempt students, and overseas students.
Required if the student is enrolled in the unit of study at the end of the census date.
If a student has an acronymHELP loan for the unit of study, the value for the acronymHELP loan amount must equal the value of E3 8 4 Total amount charged minus the value of E3 8 1 Amount paid upfront. For acronym fee help undergraduate courses and acronym vet courses, this must exclude the loan fee that is reported separately in the E5 2 9 Loan fee.

A small triangle in the status bar indicates that the record has not been saved after making changes.

If selected, the record has been approved. The check box is disabled, greyed out, if:
- The data has unmet dependencies. For example, a student in Course admissions record has not yet been submitted to acronym taxi.
- The data is in progress of being sent to acronym taxi. That is, the status is processing.
