What is Submissions?

Submissions submits data from your student management system to acronym taxi according to the government's reporting requirements. Data consists of records for data groups such as Students, Campuses, Units of study, and so on. The structure of data groups and the required data elements is defined by acronym taxi.

Submissions can approve and submit records automatically. However, at first you should approve and submit records manually until you are confident that the data is stable, and the common types of issues reported from acronym taxi are known and understood. When manually approving records, you can edit the records in Submissions.

On submitting a record, acronym taxi provides status information such as whether the record was accepted, submitted OK, or rejected. If a record is rejected, the status information provides detailed error information.

Note that acronym taxi uses acronymPRODA for online authentication.

Submissions shows the records for each data group with the record status.

Notifications keep you informed about information from acronym taxi such as system outages, changes to the student's status, and submissions errors.
