Submissions helps education providers meet the new reporting requirements of acronym taxi. Submissions enables education providers to manage student information and their reporting requirements through their own systems. The required frequency and triggers for reporting data are changing from being census date-based to near-real time. Reporting must now be done close to when an event occurs, which means a record can, and in many cases will, be gradually added to. Submissions allows you to choose to automate record approval and submissions or manually approve records before submitting to acronym taxi. Submissions also provides clear visual indicators of which records need attention.
Submissions covers the following sectors:
- acronym hep (higher education providers)
- acronym vet (vocational education and training). acronym vet providers are approved for, or run courses which are approved for, acronym vet Student loans.
Some providers are acronym hep (higher education providers) only, some acronym vet (vocational education and training) only, and others may be cross sector. The sector of the provider is defined by your institution’s provider type as detailed in the acronymPRODA settings. The range of data groups is determined by the sector of the provider. For cross sector providers, the content of groups is different according to the sector. Therefore, the correct sector must be selected for data groups that are present in both sectors.
