Use the global search to find groups, pages, and users with the search box at the top of each page. Searching for users by the email address helps find the user of interest when there are several people with the same name. For an exact search, add double quotes "name@tribalgroup.com". Searching for name@tribalgroup.com without quotes returns the exact match as the first result and then other relevant results.
