Request to connect with someone as follows:

1. Go to Connections >and then Connect.

2. In Start typing name, begin typing the person's name. The names displayed depend on the letters you've entered. For example, typing ste shows Stephen Smith and Jennifer Foster.

3. Select the name from the list.

   Attention. You can select multiple names. Select next to a name to delete the connection request.

4. Check that you have selected the right people as you cannot cancel a connection request, then select Add connections.
