Details the person's family information as follows:

• Parental education 1 and Parental education 2 define whether the person's parents have higher education qualifications.
• Dependant code, such as No dependants, and the Number of dependants, if applicable.

Details the person's identity information as follows:

• Details of the person, including the Legal full name, Person type, such as Live record or Deceased, Person code, Student code, and, if applicable, UCAS Personal ID that identifies an applicant from a third-party system.

Details the person's residence and communication information. A person can have multiple addresses, communication methods, emergency contacts, and language proficiencies. For example, a home address and correspondence address.

Address

Details the person's addresses and whether the address is current or historic. You can:

• Add address details: on Address, select . A person must have at least one Correspondence address.
• Update the address details: on Address, go to the menu button sub menu⋮ and then select Edit or Delete. To delete an address, you must set the valid until date.

Communication methods

Details the Type of contact, Contact information, and if the communication method is the Preferred method of the type. You can:

• Add contact details, such as email address: select . A person must have at least one contact of type Email.
• Update the communication details: go to the contact detail menu button⋮ and then select Edit or Delete. You cannot delete a preferred communication method.

Emergency contacts

Details the person to contact in an emergency, such as name, relationship, contact information, and so on. You can:

• Add emergency contacts: on Emergency contacts: select .
• Update emergency contact details: on Emergency contacts, go to the menu button sub menu emergency contact options⋮ and then select Edit or Delete.

Language proficiency

Details a Language spoken by the person and the level of language Proficiency. You can:

• Add languages: on Language proficiency, select . A person can have up to five languages.
• Update language proficiency details: on Language proficiency, go to the language proficiency menu button⋮ and then select Edit or Delete.

Nominated proxy

Details the person to act on behalf of the person, such as name, relationship, contact information, and so on. You can:

• Add a nominated proxy: on Nominated proxy, select .
• Update nominated proxy details: on Nominated proxy, go to the menu button sub menu nominated proxy options⋮ and then select Edit or Delete.

Preferred communication language

Details the language that should be used in communication with the person. You can:

• Add a preferred communication language: on Preferred communication language, select . If a preferred language is not selected, communications are in English.
• Update the preferred communication language: on Preferred communication language, go to the preferred communications language menu button⋮ and then select Edit or Delete.

Details a member of staff and their staff remits, such as Application processor, as follows:

• Staff code, such as Officer03.
• Job title, such as Head of engineering.
• Email address to send notifications, such as notification of an academic review.

• Full-time equivalent working hours, such as 30.

• Faculty, Department, and Location of the institution where the member of staff is based.

• Notes about the member of staff for administrative purposes.

• Staff remits details the staff remits, such as Application processor, and whether the remit is in use.

Details an agent of an agency as follows:

Details application information as follows:

• The name of the Programme, such as Systems Analysis 2019/20, and the Entry point title such as Systems Analysis foundation.
• The Start date and Academic year of the programme.

• The Admissions entry system that defines how the application was made, such as Direct, and the Admissions folder that shows the progress of the application in the applications process, such as New application or Ready for decision.

For each application, you can:

• Delete the application, select . If this is the only application, the person is also deleted unless the person is member of staff associated with other applications.
