What is the person profile?

Each applicant has a person profile that details the person's identity, contact details, background, and so on. The person's account details the person's consents. Staff members also have a person profile. Staff may also have applications. Staff have types, such as an academic reviewer. The person search box can be used to find applicants and staff members by name, date of birth, email addresses, and so on.

The person profile details the following:

Person
The person profile details the personal information of applications and staff, which are grouped into tabs. Staff have the additional tab Staff details. Several tabs have details person-sensitive characteristics. Permissions define the admissions staff that can view and edit tabs. For example, tabs with person-sensitive data can be hidden from application viewers.
Applications
Applicants and, optionally, staff have applications. You can view the applications and, if required, delete applications.
Account
The person's account details their consents, such as consents to receive marketing material, and enables you to delete the person. Deleting a person deletes the person profile of the applicant or staff member. If the person has an application, all the applications are also deleted. However, if the person is a member of staff assigned with one or more applications, the Identity tab and Staff details tab cannot be deleted. Optional information on the tabs can be deleted manually.
The person's account also enables you to resend the invitation to register or log in to the applicant portal. For example, if the invitation was originally sent to an incorrect email address.
