Applicant qualification duration in months

Admissions officers can now add up to 999 months for the Duration in months on an applicant's qualification. This is available when adding or editing an applicant qualification on the Education and experience tab in the applicant overview. This has also been updated in the preview version of the GET, POST, PUT applicant integration APIs.

Access a CAS from an application

Staff can now access the CAS of an application in the Visa sponsorship app via an application. A View CAS request button now shows in the CAS request status tile when a CAS exists for the application. Viewing a CAS request opens the CAS in the Visa sponsorship app. Staff must have the permission UK Visa sponsorship - View in the Immigration area to view CAS requests.

Staff can now view the CAS requeststatus of an application in the applications list of a desk. The column CAS request status and have been added to applications list. The CAS request status can also be used in advanced filters.

If an application has multiple CAS request records, the status of the latest record is shown.

Task email notification

Applicants now receive email notification for all new types of tasks, including:

• Document tasks, such as upload a passport

• External tasks, such as pay a deposit on an external website

• Native forms, such as provide referee details

A new task notification communication template includes a list of all outstanding tasks. Applicants will only receive one email with all the tasks created within a 10 minute window.
