How to set up personalised offers

Set up the clearance checks to upload the conditional offer evidence. Then, set up the document placeholder to upload general offer evidence. Finally, customise the communication templates for conditional offers.

Pre-requisites

Ensure that the administrator setting up personalised offers and admissions staff have the required permissions.

Admissions staff
Admissions staff have permissions to process applications at the required desks. For example, applications officers have permissions to process applications at the desk MyReviews. For personalised offers, admissions staff must also have the permissions detailed in the table Staff permissions. For more information on permissions, go to What is authorisation?

Set up personalised offers

Set up personalised offers as detailed below.

Add the clearance checks to upload conditional offer evidence

Add the clearance checks as follows:

  1. Go to Admission settings and then Reference data and then Documents.

  2. Add the required document types, such as English test results and Passport, and set the maximum file size and the allowed file types.

  3. Go to Admission settings and then Reference data and then Applications.

  4. Open the reference data Clearance check type and the go to manage reference data to manage the reference data.

  5. Add the required clearance check types, such as English assessment and Scanned copy passport. For each clearance check type, edit the fields such as Days to respond and Applicant facing description, as required. However, edit the clearance checks for conditional offer evidence as follows:

    • For Clearance check type category, select Conditional offer.

    • For Document placeholder to create, select the document type, such as English test results or Passport.

Set up the document placeholder to upload general offer evidence

Define the maximum size and file types allowed by the document placeholder to upload general offer evidence as follows:

  1. Go to Admission settings and then Reference data and then Documents.

  2. Edit the document type GeneralOfferEvidence as required. For example, set the maximum file size to 10 MB and the allowed file types to PDF, PNG, and JPEG.

Customise the communication templates

Customise the communication templates as follows:

  1. Go to Admission settings and then Communication templates.

  2. Edit the template Condition offer letter as required. For more information, go to What are communication templates?
