What is the applicant portal?
Applicants log in the agent portal, typically using Azure AD B2C for authentication, and use the applicant portal to access their applications and complete tasks to progress their applications. The applicant portal enables key actions such as accessing their offer letter or checking visa sponsorship status.
The features of the applicant portal are in the image Applicant portal and are as follows:

Avatar: the applicant's profile allows applicants to view and update their avatar and view their profile as described below, and log out.

Applicants can choose the image for their avatar. The image should be square and must be less than 1MB and have the JPG, PNG, or GIF format.

Applicants can view and edit their person details such as the applicant's identity information, disabilities, residence, contact and emergency contact details, and so on. Applicants cannot change their name or date of birth in the applicant portal. To do this, applicants must contact the admissions team and provide identity documents, such as a copy of their passport.

Banner that shows the your institution's log and applicant's avatar. Applicant's can edit their profile change their personal detail as described above.

Alerts applicants to important milestone, such as receiving an offer and obtaining visa sponsorship. For more information, go to What is decision making and offer tracking?

Tabbed pages with applicant's applications. Selecting an applications shows the application details in 6.

My documents: shows the documents sent to applicants, such as offer letters, and documents the applicant has upload as evidence to support their applications, such as a copy of their passport. For more information, go to What are documents?

My applications: details the selected application in 4. Applicants can then review the details of their application, in order to identify any inaccuracies. To prevent any conflict with ongoing processing of the application, applicants must contact the admissions team to resolve any issues. Application options enable applicants to withdraw or defer their application.

My tasks: details the tasks for applicants, such as respond to offer, task to upload documents, such as a copy of their passport, and tasks to complete on external websites. For more information, go to What are document tasks? and What are tasks?
