Lapse offers
|
Admissions officers can now lapse the offer of an application. A new Lapse offers bulk action is available in Application queries that allows admissions officers to set the Response 1 on an application to Declined. This action is only available for direct applications that have a published Decision 1 offer where there has been no response.
Admissions officers require the permission Decision - Respond to use this bulk action.

Set respond by date to offers
|
Admissions officers can now set how many days an applicant has to respond to offers. Whilst making Decision 1 for an application, admissions officers can set the amount of days an applicant has to respond to this offer. Then, once the decision is published, the applicant is made aware in the applicant portal of how many days they have left to respond to the offer.
The RespondBy1Date mail merge field available in the communications templates can also be used to make applicants aware of the date their offer expires through the communications they receive.
Admissions offers can view and edit the expiry date of an application's offer in the Application tab in the Applicant overview.

Create tasks automatically
|
Applicant tasks can now be created automatically with clearance checks. After a task is set up as reference data, the task can be added to a clearance check when defining the clearance check in reference data.
The way tasks behave in the applicant portal has also been updated. Tasks associated with a document placeholder are set to complete automatically once the documents have been uploaded.
