Search for enquiries by the applicant's name or UCAS personal ID and use filters to show only the courses of interest. Active filters are displayed below the drop-down filters.

Use the drop-down filters to filter by Programme, Department, Faculty, and Outcome. For each filter, you can select several options. The selected filters are then shown below the drop-down filters.

Applicant's name. Follow the link to view the person profile for the applicant.

UCAS personal ID.

Name of the programme.

Faculty, such as Faculty of Arts.

Department, such as Department of Art and Design.

Entry point that defines the dates of entry for programmes, delivery locations, and so on.

Name of the admissions officer than approved the outcome.

Date and time that the admissions officer approved the outcome.

If Yes, the enquiry has been sent for clearing review and status of the review is shown by the Review status.

If In review is Yes, the status of the clearing review is In progress, Completed, Provisionally completed, Cancelled, or Delegated.

Provisionally completed means that the review needs to be completed by an admissions officer.

Whether the outcome of the enquiry was successful or unsuccessful, or whether the enquiry requires additional information.
