Actions enable you to view applications that have outstanding actions. For example, actions to review evidence submitted by applicants for personalised offers.
For each desk, actions show the outstanding actions for the following:
- Conditional offer evidence and Other evidence
- Clearance checks that require documents that are awaiting the evidence to the uploaded or uploaded documents to be reviewed.
- Change requests
- Deferral requests that require the request to be reviewed.
- Key processing actions
- Application and credit reviews with awaiting review or the recommendation to be reviewed. Application reviews also have the reviews that are awaiting delegation.
For each outstanding action, you can drill down to view the applications and then process the applications. For example, to review the recommendations from credit review. You can also review several applications simultaneously using the bulk review feature.
