Documents

The Documents tab details the clearance check documents and the formal communications for the application.

Contains document placeholders to upload documents to the application. The number of documents uploaded for each file type is shown by a number highlighted in blue document placeholder with 1 document uploaded on the document placeholder.

Uploaded documents lists the task history and uploaded documents.

Actions you can perform:

  • Delete a document: go to the menu button sub menu and then select Delete document.
  • Delete a document placeholder and cancel the document upload task for the applicant: go to the menu button sub menu and then select Delete placeholder.

  • Download a document: select document icon or the file name.
  • Send the applicant a notification and task to upload the document in the applicant portal: go to the document placeholder menu button sub menu and then select Set applicant task to upload. The task requirement text is editable, and the task can be set to send a notification back when the applicant finishes uploading documents in the applicant portal. Send the applicant a notification and task to upload a replacement document and create a document placeholder: go to the uploaded document type menu button sub menu and then select Set applicant task to upload.
  • Upload documents: select Upload document. Each document placeholder allows multiple documents to be uploaded, such as multiple qualification documents. For each document type, you can upload up to 50 documents. Uploading all the documents required by a document upload task, notifies the responsible person and the task creator, and removes the placeholder.
