Application clearance checks
Details the clearance checks for the applicant. To view the other clearance checks, select

Clearance checks consist of the following:
- Options to include name and address details on
, phone number on
, email address on
, and documents on
, dependent on the clearance check type. Note that
indicates information has not been added.
- Clearance check type, such as Accommodation fee paid.
- Date checked shows when the status changed to passed or failed.
- Required by date is calculated using the date the clearance check was added to the application and the Days to respond, which is defined in the reference data for clearance check type.
- Optional. If defined, prompts for information such as Amount, Date paid, Letter from bank, and so on.
- Status, such as Passed and Failed.
- Evidence status shows the status of the evidence required to meet the clearance check requirements, such as Awaiting evidence, Review required, or Completed review.
- If Mandatory check is selected, the applicant must pass this clearance check for the application to progress.
Documents
Clearance checks that require documents have document placeholders in documents . The document placeholder details the document types, such as References, file formats, and maximum document size for the upload.
Document placeholders

Upload documents: select
. Each document placeholder allows multiple documents to be uploaded, such as multiple qualification documents. Updated copies of documents can be uploaded, such as an updated copy of an applicant's passport or photo. Uploading documents results in the following actions:-
Completes the applicant's task on the document placeholder.

Sends a notification to the responsible person for the application.

Sends a notification to the task creator, when send notification was selected on the task.

Removes the document placeholder.
For each document type, you can upload up to 50 documents. -

Set the applicant a task to upload documents: go to the document placeholder and then the menu button sub menu ⋮ and then select
Set applicant task to upload. The task requirement text is editable, and the task can be set to send a notification to the task creator when the applicant confirms they have finished uploading documents. The current task displays on the document placeholder.

Unlink a document placeholder from the clearance check: select
Unlink placeholder. If a document placeholder is unlinked, the document placeholder becomes unavailable on the clearance check, but you can still access it on the documents tab.
Uploaded documents
Lists uploaded documents for the clearance check. For each document type, you can perform the following actions:

Download the document: select
or the file name.

Set the applicant a task to upload replacement documents: go to the uploaded document and then the menu button sub menu ⋮ and then select
Set applicant task to upload.

Unlink the document from the clearance check: select
Unlink document. If a document is unlinked it becomes unavailable on the clearance check, but you can still access it on the documents tab.
