Clearing: manually linking enquiry to UCAS application - UI
|
This functionality allows admissions officers with the required permissions to link an enquiry to a UCAS application. To do this, admissions viewing the enquiries grid, select Link enquiry from the ellipses button, which shows a list of the applications that can be linked. Admissions officers then select the appropriate application. Note that an enquiry can only be linked to one application. Admissions officers can choose to link application or to link and view application.
On linking an enquiry to an application, the enquiry is removed from the enquiries grid and is shown as linked enquiry on the applicant's person profile > Application tab.

Staff can now define if a mode is full-time or part-time via a new field in the Mode reference data. A Full-time or part-time field has been added which uses the new Full-time or part-time reference data.

Passport sex can be specified
|
Applicant passports can now define the sex of the passport holder. A new Sex field is available on applicant passports. The values are defined by the reference data Passport sex.
This is also available in the preview version of the Applicant passport and Applicant GET, POST, and PUT integration APIs.
