CAS requests
Details the CAS requests folders that organised in stages, such as Preparation and Ready for UKVI. Each folder shows the number of the CAS requests in folder. For example, the folder Awaiting approval (12) has 12 contains CAS requests. To view the CAS requests in a folder, select .
The stages and folders are as follows:
- Preparing

CAS requests do not have the information required to send to UKVI.

To abandon a CAS request, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Abandon CAS request.
- Awaiting approval

CAS requests have met the requirements for sending to UKVI, but need to be approved.

To approve several CAS requests, select the CAS requests and then go to and thenApprove for draft CAS.

To approve a CAS request, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Approve for draft CAS.

To abandon a CAS request, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Abandon CAS request.

To move back to the Preparing folder, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Move back.
After approving, the CAS requests move to the Awaiting student approval folder.

CAS requests have met the requirements for sending to UKVI, but need to be approved.

To set several CAS requests to approved by student, select the CAS requests and then go to and thenApproved by student.

To set a CAS request to approved by student, select vertical ellipsis⋮and thenApproved by student.

To abandon a CAS request, select vertical ellipsis⋮and thenAbandon CAS request.

To move back to the Awaiting approval, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Move back.
After approving, the CAS requests move to the Ready to send to UKVI folder.

- Ready to send to UKVI

CAS requests are ready for UKVI and cannot be edited.

To submit the CAS requests to UKVI, select the CAS requests and then go to and thenCreate CAS export. The CAS requests then move to the Sending to UKVI folder.

To view the CAS export files, go to CAS export files.

To abandon a CAS request, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Abandon CAS request.

To move back to the Awaiting student approval, select vertical ellipsis ⋮ and then Move back.

CAS requests have been exported to a CAS export file.
