What's new in Admissions?

The February (2025.02) release makes the following changes:

Confirmation

Confirmation enables admissions officers to confirm decisions, unconditional offers or rejections, for direct applications that have firmly accepted offers or insurance-accepted offers. Applications have a decision status, such as Passed, which is set when the applicant's qualifications are received. Admissions officers can view the confirmation record of applications. The confirmation record details the application and the status of the applicant's qualifications and clearance checks. On confirming decisions, admissions officers can delay confirmation and change the programme of the offer. For more information, go to What is confirmation?

Admissions officers require the permission Confirm decisions - Edit to confirm decisions and override decisions.

The video Confirmation shows how admissions officers process applications for confirmation and confirm decisions.
