Unique name for the document type, such as Transcript. Value must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.

After saving, the name cannot be edited.

Maximum file size accepted for upload. Range is 1 MB to 15 MB. For example, document types that accept video or audio files require a larger maximum file size than document types that accept only text documents and low-quality images.

If selected, documents can be uploaded. If cleared after a document is uploaded, the document is kept. However, no more documents can be uploaded for the document type.

Accepted file types for upload, such as Image JPEG file, PDF document.

To add a file type, select . Values are defined in reference data for File types.

To remove a file type from the accepted options, on the file type select and Delete. Existing documents with the file type are kept. However, no more documents with the file type can be uploaded for the document type.

After adding a file type, you can:

• Duplicate or delete the file type: go to vertical ellipsis⋮ and then select Duplicate or Delete.
