Name
Unique document extension starting with a full stop, such as .pdf. Value must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.
After saving, the name cannot be edited.
Description 
Description that is used to select the file type, such as PDF document.
The description can be translated.
In use
If selected, documents with the file type can be uploaded. If cleared after a document with the file type is uploaded, the document is kept. However, no more documents with the file type can be uploaded.
