Power Automate examples

You must have set up Power Automate before following the examples.

The table Flows details example flows to automate processes. The table details the service that triggers the flow, the process, and a description of the example process.

Service	Example	Description
Reference data	Add a clearance check	Flow that adds a clearance check to reference data.
	Approve a new admissions programme	Flow to approve a new programme in Reference data. You can also, optionally, build an automated flow to delete programmes that are not approved.
	Delete an admissions programme	Flow to delete programmes that have an approval status of rejected to keep reference data up to date.
	Localise reference data	Flow to translate the reference data used in communications templates and on the applicant portal. Then, then add the translated text to Admissions.
Admissions	Update person details	Flow to update person details in an Excel file when changes are made on Applications. A person's details are updated on Applications. This triggers a flow that retrieves the details of the change and then updates the person's details in Excel.
