Status

You must have the statuses of Active, with the code A, and Withdrawn, with the code W.

Details an application status. For each status, you can add and edit the following information:

Unique value, such as A, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.

After saving, the value cannot be edited.

Description that is used to select the status, such as Active.

Not used.

Code that defines the application status for reporting purposes, such as 04.

If selected, the status can be used in the application process.

If selected, applications that have the status are included in regulatory agency returns.

Not used.

If selected, the applications that have the status are included in SQA returns.

If selected, the applications that have the status are included in HESES returns.

If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
