Desk structure
Shows the desk structure, which consists of the sections and folders. Each folder has the processing times until applications become At risk and Breached.
Note that:

A New folder is required in each desk structure as the New folder is the folder for new applications at the desk.

An Academic review in-progress folder and an Academic review complete folder are required in each desk structure for applications that require academic review.

The processing time accumulates over weekends and public holidays.
Sections have the following information:
- The name of the Section such as Interview.
- If the section Contains applications. Note that you cannot remove a section that contains applications.
- If the section is mapped to an applicant portal timeline phase, such as Mapped to Application received, or if the section is Mapped to multiple applicant portal timeline phases.
- If In use is selected, the section is available on the desk. Note that you must remove all applications from the section before In use is cleared as the section is no longer available on the desk. However, applications that are still allocated to the section are kept by the section.
To change the structure, go to the menu button sub menu⋮ to move the section up or down and to remove the section.
Folders have the following information:
- The name of the Folder such as New.
- If the folder Contains applications. Note that you cannot change the name of the folder or remove the folder if the folder contains applications.
- If the folder is mapped to an applicant portal timeline phase, such as Mapped to Application received.
Expand the folder to set the following:

The number of Hours to amber for At risk applications.

The number of Hours to red for Breached applications.

The optional Applicant portal timeline phase that the folder is mapped to in the Applicant portal, such as Outcome. Folders can be mapped to any applicant portal timeline phase and in any order.

If In use is selected, the folder is available on the desk. Note that you must remove all applications from the folder before In use is cleared as the folder is no longer available on the desk. However, applications that are still allocated to the folder are kept by the folder.
To change the folder structure, go to the menu button sub menu⋮ to move the folder up or down and to remove the folder.
