Manage flow

View and manage the conditions of the decision.

Note that you can edit the offer library to define the decision and decision text.

The Condition flow determines how the main decision is reached as follows:

  • Operators, AND or OR, define the flow through the conditions.
  • Conditions are academic conditions, such as qualifications, or non-academic conditions such as clearance checks. Academic conditions can have included conditions, such as Three A levels at grades B, B, and C including A level grade B in biology.
  • Two or more condition elements can be grouped together to create logical groups within the condition flow, such as the group of conditions B in geography or B in physics.

To define the flow, you can use the following actions:

  • On the flow, select Add Condition to add an academic or non-academic condition. If the decision flow already has conditions, the new condition is added to the end of the flow.
  • On each condition, go to the menu button sub menu view more options to add, move, and delete conditions. You can add Included conditions to academic conditions only.
  • On each condition, select open button to group conditions to create logical groups of conditions in the flow. Note that groups cannot be closed on included conditions. Therefore, only the sequence numbers for conditions are shown in the list.
