Details an institution. For each institution, you can add and edit the following information:
Code
Unique value, such as 0065, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.
After saving, the value cannot be edited.
Description 
and Official name
Description that is used to select the institution, such as University of Hessle, and, if applicable, the official name of the institution.
The description and official name can be translated.
Note
Optional. Additional information about the institution for administrative purposes only.
External record identifier
Not used.
Regulatory agency identifier, FEFC institution ID, and UK learning provider
Codes that define the institution for reporting purposes, such as Y75.
Contact name
Primary contact for the institution.
In use
If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
Address
Contact information for the institution, such as Address line 1, Address line 2, Address line 3, Address line 4, Address line 5, Postcode, Telephone number and Fax number.
