Clearance check task templates are available for selection as tasks of clearance check types.
Details the following:
Code
Unique value, such as FSQ, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.
After saving, the value cannot be edited.
Description 
Description that is used to select the tasks, such as Complete fee status questionnaire, in the clearance check type. The description is also the name of the task displayed on the applicant portal.
The description can be translated.
Task type
Task type, such as Complete fee status questionnaire admissions task.
The available task types have been defined by Tribal.
Applicant instructions
Applicant instructions to complete the task, such as Complete the fee questionnaire on the Survey website. The instructions are displayed in the dialog that is displayed on the applicant portal when the applicant selects a task with an external task URL.
The applicant instructions can be translated.
External task URL
For tasks to be completed on an external website, such as a website for surveys, the URL of the website.
In use
If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
