For each application, the list shows the following:

• Name of the Applicant.

• Details the application, such as Programme, Academic year, Main decision, Additional conditions, and the Response.

• Decision status, where:

  • Passed: application has received all qualifications and they meet the conditions of their offer.

  • Pending: application has missing something from their offer, such as outstanding qualifications or clearance checks.

  • Failed: application has received all qualifications, but they do not meet the conditions of their offer.

Customise the list view as follows:

• Choose the columns to display and the order of the columns: select Column options.

• Compress the columns to view the selected columns without scrolling: select .

• Change to full-screen view: select .

You can filter the applications to show only the applications of interest. For further details, go to How to filter applications. Active filters are displayed below the drop-down filters. Filter the list of applications as follows:

• Filter applications by Faculty, Department, Programme, Response, Entry system, and Decisions status: use the drop-down filters. For each filter, you can select several options. The selected filters are then shown below the drop-down filters.
• Create filters using application data: select Advanced filters. For example, you can create filters for ranges of applicants' ID, fee status, and so on.
