Programme profile – Edit

Details a programme in clearing on the tabs Details, Requirements, and Alternative programmes.

Each tab enables you to create an enquiry for the programme. However, you must ensure that the applicant meets the requirements of the programme before creating the clearing enquiry. To create an enquiry, select Create clearing enquiry, which then opens in a new browser tab.

Programme details the following:

  • Programme and the UCAS code of the programme.

  • Intake such as September 2025/6.

  • Faculty, Department, and Campus of the programme.

Vacancy indicates whether Home vacancy and International vacancy have Vacancies.

Details the standard offer for the programme, such as BBB excluding General Studies and Critical Thinking.

Lists the alternative programmes, if any. Each alternative programme details the UCAS code, Alternative courses, Intake, and the whether Home vacancy and International vacancy have Vacancies.

For each alternative programme, go to the go to button to view the programme profile. Then, if needed, use the the previous record button to view the programme profile of the clearing programme.
