Visa details consist of the following:
- Visa number and Visa type, such as a Short term study visa or Scholarship/Fellowship.
- Application status, such as Accepted or Expired, and Application date.
- Issue date and Renewal date.
- Start date and Expiry date, which must be within the issue date and expiry date of the passport associated with the visa.
- Passport details the passport associated with the visa using the passport number and applicant's full name, for example 12445 - Helena Barata. This information is automatically taken from the passport set to In use. If multiple passports are in use, you must choose which passport to associate with the visa.
- Credibility interview date.
- Note for administrative purposes.
- If Externally sponsored is selected, the applicant is receiving external sponsorship.
- In use is automatically selected when a visa is added. Multiple visas can be in use at the same time.
Attention. After saving the visa, you cannot change the passport.
