Details the application's referees and their references. To view other references that support the application, select .
Reference details consist of the following:


Toggle to set the address, telephone, and email address of the referee.
Note that the icon indicates that an address, phone number, or email needs to be added. Whereas, the icon
indicates that the referee has one address, phone number, or email. The number changes to represent the number of addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses defined for the referee.

Referee's details that consist of the following:
- Referee name, Referee post within the organisation, such as Humanities teacher, and Referee organisation, such as Wyke Sixth Form College.
- Referee relationship to the applicant, such as Former teacher or Former employer.
- Referee type, such as Professional or Academic.
- Request status that shows the progress of references processed by external systems. The status is set to Request not sent before the request for reference is sent to the referee. Once the request has been sent, the status is set to Awaiting reference completion. On receiving the reference from the referee, the status is set to Reference uploaded, and then Reference completed. If there are issues, the status is set to Request cancelled, Referee decline, or Referee email not valid as appropriate.

Reference details consist of the following:
- Reference status that shows the progress of references processed by the institution, such as Email sent or Reference submitted.
- Statement type indicates that the reference is from Referee 1, Referee 2, or Referee 3.
- Details of the Referee reference statement.
- Predicted grades of the applicant.

Notes are for administrative purposes and consist of information on the references, referees, and so on.

The fields of the UCAS reference details are only for academic reference types processed by UCAS.
- Unique External ID code from the institution that provided the reference.

No. of part time students and No. of full time students indicate the number of full-time and part-time students of the institution.
- DFE number of the referee if the reference was provided by a teacher of the institution.
- Roll count of the total number of students attending the institution.
- Higher education count of the total number of students attending the institution in a higher education capacity.
