Passport details consist of the following:
- Passport number and applicant's Full name.
- Issue date, Expiry date and Place of issue
- Nationality, Country of birth and Place of birth
- Identity card number for historical purposes only.
- External record identifier applies only to passports for applications imported from an agency.
- Notes for administrative purposes.
- In use is automatically selected when a passport is added. A passport must be set to in use to be associated with a visa. Multiple passports can be in use at the same time. When one passport is in use, the passport is automatically associated with the visa when adding the visa. When multiple passports are in use, you can choose the passport to associate with the visa.
