• Quote status can be set to Draft or Complete. Applications can only have one draft and one complete fee quotation at any time. Once a fee quotation is complete, any that were previously set to complete are automatically set to expired.
• Quote total is the total cost of the fee quotation, which is made up of the Detail line total of all charges in the quote composition.

Allows you to add one or more charge to the quotation.

Actions you can perform:

• Add a charge: select and enter the Charge, such as Standard course charge or Course materials. On selecting the Charge, the Description and Total are set automatically and can be edited if required.
• Duplicate or delete a charge: go to vertical ellipsis⋮ and then select Duplicate or Delete.
