Details a reason a student instance ended. For each reason for transfer, you can add and edit the following information:
Code
Unique value, such as 01, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system. 01.
After saving, the value cannot be edited.
Description
Description that is used to select the reason for transfer, such as Transferred to another institution.
In use
If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
Regulatory agency termination mapping and FE regulatory agency code
Codes that define the reason for transfer for reporting purposes, such as 01.
Nursing board
Code for the nursing board, such as UK. Applicable only to applications to nursing
Applicant facing reason
If selected, the reason for transfer is available on the applicant portal.
