Code
Unique value, such as
After saving, the value cannot be edited.
Description 
Description that is used to select offers in decision making, such as International Baccalaureate Diploma 25, maths, and English.
The description can be translated.
Decision profile
Whether the offer is a conditional offer, unconditional offer, or rejection.
Values are defined in the reference data Decision profile.
Decision rejection reason
If the offer library has a decision profile of Rejection, optional information can be provided for the rejection.
Values are defined in the reference data Decision rejection reason.
Offer library type
Whether the offer has a main decision only, additional conditions only, or a combination of a main decision and additional conditions.
Values are defined in the reference data Offer library type.
Main decision offer text
Text for the main decision of the offer. The text is used in the correspondence with applicants when sending the offer.
The offer text can be translated.
Additional conditions offer text
Text for the additional conditions of the offer, such as Provide proof of a valid visa.
The offer text can be translated.
Review required and Review status
If review required is selected, the review status indicates whether the offer is draft, approved, or rejected.
Review status values are defined in the reference data Offer library review status.
In use
If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
