Unit availability

Details the availability of a unit for a period of study.

The table of values table shows the available module availabilities with the following information:

  • Unit code, such as 320NAS20.
  • Period slot, such as Semester 1 and Academic year, such as 2022.
  • Description, such as Nursing the adult patient - Semester 1 - 2022.

For each unit availability, you can add and edit the following information:

Academic year that the unit must be available, such as 2022.

Values are defined in the reference data for Academic year.

Period slot within the academic year that the unit must be available, such as Semester 1.

Values are defined in the reference data for Period slot.

Unit title, such as Nursing the adult patient.

Values are defined in the reference data for Unit.

Course scheme associated with the unit, such as Postgraduate.

Values are defined in the reference data for Scheme.

Unit level, such as Level 1 (Foundation).

When the unit is being delivered, such as Semester 1 - 2022.

Values are defined in the reference data for Unit occurrence.

Description that is used to select the unit availability, such as Nursing the adult patient - Semester 1 - 2022.
