Code
Unique value, such as O, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.
After saving, the value cannot be edited.
Description 
Description that is used to select the fee status, such as Overseas fees.

Full description of the fee status and additional information about the fee status for administrative purposes only.
Fee status group
Grouping that defines the rate of fees for the status, such as Overseas. Fee status group are used for reporting purposes.

External fee level
External fee level, such as Not eligible to pay home fees, is used in the collection of statistical information.

External fundability
Whether the status indicates eligibility for external funding, such as Not fundable.

Regulatory agency identifier
Code that defines the fee status for reporting purposes, such as 03.
In use
If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
