Enrolment structure

Details a qualification type for courses as follows:

The table of values shows the available enrolment structures with the following information:

  • Code, such as 21, Description, such as Graduate diploma, and the Enrolment structure type, such as Health and social care.
  • If the enrolment structure is In use.

For each enrolment structure, you can add and edit the following information:

Unique value, such as 21, that must not exceed the maximum length of the corresponding field in an integrated system, such as a student management system.

After saving, the value cannot be edited.

Description that is used to select the enrolment structure, such as Graduate diploma.

Types of enrolment structure that define the enrolment structures for courses, such as Health and social care.

Values are defined in the reference data for enrolment structure type. For more information about the reference data for enrolment structure type, go to What is the reference data for applications?

If selected, the course is a research course.

If selected, the entity or field can have the value. If cleared after the value has been selected for the entity or field, the entity or field keeps the value. However, the value is no longer available for selection.
