Desk

Details a desk. For each desk, you can add and edit the following information:

  • Code, such as UH_HEALTH_PGT and Description, such as PGT - Health and nursing.

  • If Academic review enabled is selected.

    Attention If selected, the desk must have the folders Academic review in-progress and Academic review complete.

  • If Credit review enabled is selected.

  • If the desk is In use.

Actions you can perform:

  • To add an desk, select the button add record.

  • To edit or delete a desk option, go to the reference data menu button for the desk.

  • To create the Unallocated applications and Pending applications desks and the New, Archived, Academic review in-progress, and Academic review complete mandatory folders, select Create default desks and folders.
